What is your Warranty Policy?
All FulyLove items come with a 1-year warranty.We will gladly repair and/or replace your jewelry due to manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
- If you receive a broken or incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. In this case, you are entitled to a free replacement.
- Our warranty does not cover: lost items or parts, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear (scratching, rubbing over time).
