Customs and Duties
For most destinations, including the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, we cover all customs duties and import taxes. This means you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Special Circumstances
Please note that during peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, and Mother’s Day), processing and shipping times may be extended due to high demand. We recommend placing orders early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
Order Tracking
When your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our Order Tracking Page.
Additionally, you will receive email notifications when your package is out for delivery and once it has been delivered.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit, we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost. However, if the carrier encounters issues delivering your package, it will be the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the last mile carrier for further resolution.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@fulylove.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items.
In cases where an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.
