Eligible for Exchanges, Returns & Refunds:
  • Non-personalized and non-custom items
  • Items are unused and in original condition
Not Eligible for Exchanges, Returns & Refunds:
  • Personalized or Custom items
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Orders not delivered due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Requests based on buyer's remorse (e.g., you no longer want the item)
You may exchange or return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Order Modifications

If your order has not yet been processed, we can modify or cancel your order. Please email us for order modifications by clicking here. If your order has already been processed we cannot modify or cancel your order.

Where Is My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order. If you cannot find your order shipment confirmation email you can track your order by CLICKING HERE.

You will also receive email notifications when your package is out for delivery and once it has been delivered.
