All FulyLove items come with a 1-year warranty.

We will gladly repair and/or replace your jewelry due to manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

Packages are usually shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping Worldwide: Typical delivery timeframe of 6-12 business days.

Express Shipping: Typical delivery timeframe of 5-8 business days.

When your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website.

You will also receive email notifications when your package is out for delivery and once it has been delivered.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from FulyLove. However, if you are not satisfied with an item, you may return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You may only return the item if it is in good condition and unworn, and the item must be in resalable condition.
