All FulyLove items come with a 1-year warranty.
We will gladly repair and/or replace your jewelry due to manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process, expertly hand engrave, package your order.
We offer worldwide standard free shipping. Estimated delivery times after dispatch vary by region:
• UK: 4–8 working days
• For other regions, please refer to our full Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times.
When your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website.
You will also receive email notifications when your package is out for delivery and once it has been delivered.
