We will gladly repair and/or replace your jewelry due to manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

Please allow 8-12 business days for us to process, expertly hand engrave, package your order.

We offer fast shipping worldwide, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package every step of the way.

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping Worldwide: Typical delivery timeframe of 6-12 business days.

Express Shipping: Typical delivery timeframe of 5-8 business days.

Please note that processing times are in addition to shipping times. Delivery times may vary slightly based on location.

When your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website.

You will also receive email notifications when your package is out for delivery and once it has been delivered.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from FulyLove. However, if you are not satisfied with an item, you may return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You may only return the item if it is in good condition and unworn, and the item must be in resalable condition.
